Bimi lets two partners pair privately, complete daily quests, grow a shared pet, view couple widgets, and save memories.

You are responsible for the content you submit, including photos, drawings, guesses, text answers, and profile or couple settings.

You may use Bimi only if you can legally agree to these terms and comply with applicable laws.

You keep ownership of the content you submit to Bimi.

You grant Bimi the limited rights needed to store, display, process, back up, transmit, and delete that content so the app, widgets, memories, and partner reveal features work.

Only upload content you have the right to share and that your partner may view.

Do not use Bimi to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person.

Do not upload illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful, non-consensual, infringing, or malicious content.

Do not attempt to bypass security, abuse invites, scrape the service, disrupt Firebase or Cloud Functions, or reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law.

Bimi may offer premium features such as widget themes, memory export, search, or highlights through weekly or yearly subscriptions.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and subscription status is managed with RevenueCat.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store account before renewal. Pricing, trials, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple's App Store terms and settings.

You may delete your account from the app or contact contact@lume.gg for help. Because Bimi is built around a shared couple, deletion may remove couple records, quests, memories, and related data for both partners.

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of Bimi. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Bimi is provided as is and as available. We do not make warranties about relationship outcomes, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProcessFlow, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these terms as Bimi changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
